What the district notes
- The calendar is a 180-day student calendar.
- Kindergarten and preschool start Monday, Aug. 30, after grades 1-12 and the Transition Learning Center start Thursday, Aug. 26.
- The 2027-28 calendar does not mark weekly early releases. The district's Bell Times Schedule, as posted in October 2026, dismisses students two hours early every Friday and gives each school's half-day dismissal time. Check it for 2027-28 before the year starts.
- The calendar lists graduations for Two Rivers, Mount Si High School and the TLC in June without dates.
- School buildings open to the public Thursday, Aug. 19, 2027, and the last day they are open is Thursday, June 22, 2028.
