Also worth knowing
- School is open on some federal holidays: Columbus Day (Monday, Oct. 11), Veterans Day (Thursday, Nov. 11) and Washington's Birthday (Presidents' Day) (Monday, Feb. 21). Banks, post offices and many offices close; school does not.
- The calendar prints no testing dates. It notes that ACT testing dates are to be determined.
- After the last day, the calendar still shows Record day (staff only) (June 9). Students are already out.
