- Two school days may become days off: if no emergency closing day is used by March 25, 2027, Monday, March 29 will be a non-school day, and if zero or one emergency closing day is used by April 26, 2027, Friday, April 30 will be a non-school day. - Spring recess days April 19 and 20 become school days if three or four emergency closing days are used.
- Single sessions are shortened days for students, with lunch served for grades K-6. The calendar does not print dismissal times.
- Orientations before school: Churchill Junior High grade 7 on Aug. 25; kindergarten, new elementary students, Hammarskjold grade 5 and East Brunswick High School grade 10 on Aug. 26.
- Graduation is Thursday, June 17, a single session day for all students.
