What the district notes
- Online learning days count as school days: students learn from home. On Oct. 16 and March 12 every grade learns online while parents meet teachers. High school students also learn online May 10 to 14, and graduating high schools take one more online day on May 20 or 21, depending on the school.
- Early release times depend on the school's bell schedule: Elementary I schools (start 7:40 a.m.) leave at 11:50 a.m., Elementary II schools (start 8:20 a.m.: Daves Creek, Johns Creek, Mashburn, Sawnee, Silver City and Whitlow) at 12:30 p.m., middle schools at 1:30 p.m., high schools at 12:55 p.m. and Alliance Academy at 12:20 p.m.
