What the district notes

• The calendar counts 182 student days and 188 teacher days. Five snow days are built in.
• Snow days: with none, the last day is June 11. Days 1 to 5 are made up June 14 to 18. A 6th snow day turns the March 19 professional development day into a school day. With 7 or 8, the year is cut to 180 days. With 9 or more, spring break days become school days, starting Monday, April 12.
• Rosh Hashanah falls on Saturday, Sept. 12, and Juneteenth on Saturday, June 19, so neither closes school.
• Stepping Stones Preschool starts one day later, on Wednesday, Aug. 26.

How we checked these dates

We read every date off the district's own calendar twice: once from the PDF's text and once from the image, cell by cell against its legend. Then we checked each one against the district's web calendar.

Every weekday on this page matches its date. If the district changes its calendar, its page is the final word.
