Teacher workdays: no school for students
Two of the days off are staff days. Teachers work; students stay home. Plan child care as you would for a holiday.

Makeup days
The calendar dates no makeup days. Snow days come out of the April vacation if there are more than three, and the year may run as late as June 30 after unplanned closures. If school closes for weather, the district announces how the day is made up.
